I work with adults of all ages who are feeling stuck in their relationship patterns or who are navigating life transitions and the anxiety and worry these transitions uncover. Together, we will explore where these dynamics and feelings are rooted and create a personalized, achievable plan that empowers your growth.
My approach
I use a relational approach to support our work in exploring attachment histories and identifying the internal working model statements that may be impeding your ability to experience joy and compassion in your daily life. We may also utilize art therapy and EMDR resourcing to support this process.
