Hi there, I'm Alyssa!

My approach to therapy focuses on creating a warm and inclusive practice by providing a space for clients to process challenges they may be experiencing. Clients may find that I provide them a nonjudgmental safe space, allowing them to come as they are while being met with respect and empathy.

My focus

I typically work with clients who are school-aged children and young adults experiencing challenges with managing difficult feelings/thoughts, and/or may be experiencing a major life transition.

My approach

To guide my client's healing process by providing trauma-informed care and by utilizing various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gestalt, motivational interviewing, person-centered, strength-based, solution-focused, and interpersonal therapy.
