I communicate in a calm, clear, and supportive way to create a safe, non-judgmental space. I use active listening by reflecting what I hear, asking thoughtful questions, and making sure you feel understood.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a provider because I care deeply about helping people feel supported and understood during difficult times. I’m drawn to this work because I believe healing happens through both genuine connection and practical tools for change. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they grow and build healthier ways of coping.

I help clients set clear, realistic goals and break them into small, manageable steps. We regularly review progress, adjust as needed, and build practical skills

Our first session

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. Feeling nervous is completely normal. We’ll go at your pace and take things one step at a time together.
