My communication style

Therapy with me feels like talking to a trusted friend who can help you reach your goals using evidence-based methods. I move beyond talk therapy and give my clients practical tools to use outside of our sessions, creating lasting change. I bring a calm, empathetic presence to each session while providing direct feedback.

My journey to mental healthcare

Many of the experiences that inform my work as a therapist come from just being human. I understand what it's like to navigate complex relationships, experience grief and loss, and feel stuck in repetitive cycles. I’m here to walk with you through these difficult moments, holding hope for your ability to change even when it does not feel possible.

We will collaborate to find solutions to your concerns and help you explore the root causes of recurring patterns. My priority is helping you create meaningful goals—whether that looks like improving communication, finding new coping skills, or navigating loss. We will work together to establish a treatment plan that fits your unique needs.

Our first session

Finding a therapist can be a daunting process, and starting therapy with someone new can often bring anxiety. During our initial sessions, we will explore your concerns and collaborate to create a plan tailored to your goals. I will also share more about my approach to therapy and answer any questions you have about the therapeutic process.
