My journey to mental healthcare

I didn't choose therapy — therapy chose me. Navigating my own identity, parenthood & life's hardest moments led me to the couch first as a client. That journey changed everything. It's why I show up fully for my clients — because I've been where you are.

My goals for you

Goal setting starts with listening. I want to understand not just what brought you in but where you want to go. We build a roadmap together — one that feels achievable and meaningful to you. Progress looks different for everyone and we celebrate every step forward.

Our first session

First sessions can feel nerve wracking — I get it. We'll start simple. You share what feels comfortable, I listen without judgment & together we begin mapping out where you want to go. There's no right or wrong way to show up — just come as you are.
