My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist shortly after joining the military and realized that I have a passion for helping others. I would find myself supporting others at work, which then expanded into volunteer work with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and eventually changing careers to pursue a career as a therapist.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting through ongoing collaboration. We begin by building trust and identifying general goals, then work towards specifics as we gain mutual understanding. I adjust my skills to directly support your goals throughout therapy.

During our first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, your background, therapeutic goals, and other information to help us identify how to move forward in treatment.
