Hi there, I'm Olya!

I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Many of my clients are survivors of sexual trauma, childhood trauma, or struggle with complex PTSD, and come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and others.

Whether you're navigating stress, relationship challenges, or healing from trauma, I'm here to support you in a safe space where growth feels possible. I work with adults, individuals and couples, and have extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ communities, immigrants, and those impacted by systemic or interpersonal trauma.

My approach

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, somatic mindfulness, and tools that support clients in exploring patterns that no longer serve them, building emotional resilience, and reconnecting with a more empowered sense of self.
