Life is full of ups and downs. At times we need help getting through the downs. I have 23 years of experience working with individuals and families suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, and relational difficulties.
My approach
I believe in building a trusting relationship with my clients so that we can work together to improve their lives. My techniques include exploring and validating feelings, gentle confrontation, problem-solving, and teaching coping strategies. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-based therapy, and Family Systems approaches.
My focus
I am currently only seeing adults ages 30 years old and above. My specialties include anger management, anxiety, depression, divorce, domestic violence, family conflict, grief, life transitions, panic attacks, parenting, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-harming, sexual abuse, stress, suicidal ideation, and trauma/PTSD.

My journey to mental healthcare
I began my clinical hours for licensure in June 1997 and completed them in June 1999.
