When individuals work with me there is a sense of hope and belief in positivity to help find peace in a healthy journey. I use a gentile and friendly tome with empathetic and active listening while also confronting the areas for change.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because there are many challenges in life that create stress and affect the way people live their lives. It is about living healthy and finding resiliency.

My goals for you

Together we will explore the therapeutic relationship and how essential it is in the stages of change. My purpose is to assist the individual in developing a sense of self autonomy in emotional regulation and overall life improvements. We will discuss and process the growth and progress as well as review the interventions and how effective they are

Our first session

Our first session will include review of each week and identifying challenges which effect our mental health while also exploring successes and accomplishments which enhance self esteem and personal growth. we will also review the goals established and begin the process of exploration of behaviors and symptoms with coping skills and interventions.
