Hi there, I'm Alice!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Orange County, California, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I have over 20 years of experience providing mental health services and am passionate about helping others.

My focus

I specialize in working with individuals of any age who have challenges dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I enjoy connecting with people on a one-to-one basis, working with my clients to navigate through various daily hurdles, and helping to develop a more positive outlook on life.

My approach

I frequently utilize Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, as these tend to help address treatment goals most efficiently. I also endorse the Recovery Model and believe in the resilience within each person and their ability to overcome life's adversities.
