I work with individuals and families through challenging times, supporting people as they navigate difficult moments in their lives.

My focus

I love working with teens and have spent most of my career helping adolescent clients navigate school stressors, heartbreak, conflict with friends, trauma, bereavement, identity development, and family difficulties. I also work with adults, children, and families.

My approach

I draw upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Complicated Grief Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Humanistic therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a Strengths-Based approach to help you build skills and find relief.

I foster open, honest dialogue where you feel heard and validated. My style is warm, direct, and supportive. I listen attentively and ask questions to understand your unique perspective. I provide feedback and insights with empathy and without judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I pursued specialized training in substance abuse addiction because I wanted to support people facing some of life's most difficult challenges.
