My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own life experiences and a deep belief in the power of healing relationships. These experiences inspired me to offer others the support, understanding, and guidance I once needed myself.

I work collaboratively with you to set clear, realistic treatment goals that align with your values and personal growth. Together, we break down larger goals into manageable steps, track progress over time, and adjust as needed to stay on course.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free space. I'll ask questions to understand what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain. You're welcome to share as much or as little as you feel ready to. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work.
