My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own life experiences and a deep belief in the power of healing relationships. I've faced challenges that taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of having someone who truly listens.

I work collaboratively with clients to set clear, realistic treatment goals that align with their values and personal growth. Together, we break down larger goals into manageable steps, track progress over time, and adjust as needed to stay on course.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free space. I’ll ask questions to better understand what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel ready to—there’s no pressure.
