Hi there, I'm Melanie!

I provide individual therapy to adults who seek growth and healing. Together, we work to remove barriers and build effective strategies to deal with life challenges and create meaningful change.

My focus

My focus is working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, eating difficulties, life transitions and adjustments, grief, job loss, trauma, stress, relationship problems, and physical health challenges. This includes working with young adults, college students, and women across the lifespan.

My approach

I take an integrative approach tailoring my methods to each client’s needs. My goal is to create a warm, empathetic space where we can build a genuine connection. I draw from various therapeutic frameworks, including approaches that help clients shift unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional resilience, and develop practical coping strategies.
