Life is an open road, and the journey through all its transitions can be an overwhelming one. It’s easy to get stuck behind barriers and feel like you’re running behind. Much like driving through an unfamiliar neighborhood, my role is to sit beside you in the passenger seat to help you navigate through life clearly, gently, and judgement-free.

My passion is working with individuals entering major life transitions. Whether you are an older adolescent or young adult graduating high school, college, or entering a new career, or perhaps a new parent wondering if you are prepared for bringing a baby home for the first time, I can help with easing your mind & giving you confidence with it all.

“Adulting” is hard. The responsibilities that come with it can be daunting. I can help you come up with a road map for your life goals, help alleviate the state of overwhelm, and balance the push-and-pull of coming into your own while meeting family and societal expectations.
