My communication style is characterized by personability, adaptability, and charisma. I am committed to creating a comfortable environment for my clients to feel at ease sharing important matters during our sessions. I am particularly proud of my ability to provide nonjudgmental listening.

My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist after battling with my own mental health struggles in 2013, which could have altered my life path. I have always naturally gravitated towards helping others through their difficult times, while learning that I too must also obtain physical and mental wellness to be able to serve others.
