I am a licensed Marriage & Family therapist. I’ve worked in the mental health field for over 10 years as a children's social worker and therapist. I offer assistance with managing stress, grief, depression, and anxiety.

I have experience in assisting clients with rebuilding self-esteem. I provide a safe and structured environment where you can sort through your life stressors as well as provide a non-judgmental environment.
