My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this profession by a passion to confront the silence and stigma that often surround mental health in cultures like my own, where emotions are rarely addressed. This path has given me a deep and personal appreciation for the therapeutic process, and I am committed to creating a safe space for others to find their own path to healing.
