Hi there, I'm Gaea!

I specialize in trauma, depression, stress, and anxiety disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, and Client Centered Therapy to help support clients.

My focus

I have found that my style and approach to therapy are a good match for adults who have experienced trauma. Trauma often shows up as depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and in many other ways. I work together with clients to support them in healing trauma and developing new skills to start feeling better.

My approach

I implement an integrated approach to therapy based on the unique and individual needs of each client. The therapy approach that I lead with is Client-Centered Therapy and Humanistic.
