My communication style

Like in most aspects of life, I love to make things fun (especially the difficult parts). Coming to therapy is difficult. I make it my goal to create a relaxed and fun environment, that gives a sense of friendship. Empathy is one of my strengths, and this allows me to know when someone needs to just cry, or if they need 10 minutes of "dad" jokes.

My journey to mental healthcare

Life has brought me, like so many others, challenges to face. It has always been a calling of mine to help others and support them in any way I could. I chose to continue this venture, and obtain an education that would allow me to serve populations close to my heart. I love to see people heal and discover a sense of peace within themselves.

My goals for you

Working with each person is an individual experience. I approach goals with my clients on a united front. We discuss and identify areas of possibility, and then I create a roadmap for us to make them happen. We will work together on developing skills, new ways of thinking, and identify patterns that help with growth. Best of all, we will have fun!

Our first session

In our first session, you can expect that I am going to ask you so many questions that you might feel like I strive to drive you crazy. It is always my goal to make the awkward first session as easy as possible, with a few laughs a long the way. We will develop an idea of treatment goals, and methods to make them happen.
