I feel strongly about mental health and well-being. I use a client-centered approach, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based therapy, among other modalities and interventions. My focus areas of practice are anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as grief counseling and stress management.

I typically work with clients to help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also work with clients through grief counseling, prolonged grief, and traumatic grief. I enjoy working with all age groups and genders.
My approach
The most common therapeutic approaches I use in my practice are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, compassion-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. Guided practices used in sessions are grounding, breathing techniques, body scanning, and progressive muscle relaxation.
