Hi there, I'm Arielle!

I'm proud of you for taking this first step. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you're here. I believe that while pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. I walk with people through their storms to help them enjoy more moments of life—the good, bad, and in between.

My focus

I work with people struggling with self-trust, self-esteem, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and depression. If you need help figuring out what you're experiencing, I'm here to help.

My approach

I'm authentic, compassionate, and empathic, with a primary goal to help you become your most authentic self. I meet you where you are and we collaboratively figure out your goals and how to reach them. I use an integrative approach, tailoring treatment to your unique needs through DBT skill-building, CBT, and motivational interviewing.
