My journey to mental healthcare

Helping people individually grew naturally from my previous roles. Wanting to provide more one-on-one time to someone in need spoke to me, and I continue to be honored and humbled with every session.

As an experienced counselor and therapist, I offer a safe space to explore issues that are important to you and your past, present, and future. Being heard, understood, and seen are some of the most important experiences in our lives.
