Hi there, I'm Stacey!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Woodland Hills, California, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults of all ages. In my practice, I help you find your truth, have the willingness to take the journey, and discover the peace, wholeness, and balance that you deserve.

My direct and interactive style is a good fit for young adults, adults, and older adults. I specialize in Anxiety, Stress, Life Transitions, Self-Empowerment, Spirituality, Death and Dying, Grief, and LGBTQ.

My approach

My approach to therapy is individualized to the needs of each client. I am a non-judgmental, direct, and caring therapist. I utilize a variety of therapies in my work, including Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, Client-Centered, Strength-Based, Family Systems, and Mindfulness.

My communication style is engaging, calm, direct, and reassuring. The client and I work together as a team to help overcome obstacles and achieve the desired growth and healing that the client is striving for.

My journey to mental healthcare

The truth is, I never set out to become a therapist… my background is as a Clinical Social Worker working with non-profits, which I loved. In retrospect, it provided a rich array of exposure and experience with so many things/people and enabled me to help so many.

Our first session

In our first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy at this time and what your expectations are. We will talk about the therapeutic process and begin to identify goals and challenges as I gather information from you. We will also begin to build rapport as we get to know each other.
