Hi there, I'm Daisy!

Therapy is hard work, and having a therapist not judge an “alternative” lifestyle, should you have one, truly helps. The last thing you need to be worried about is my judgment of you.

My focus

I work with adults who want individual psychotherapy. I do not provide family or couples therapy.

My approach

I have embraced my doctoral education with my training in trauma-focused mental health and lots of experience working with folks from unique walks of life. I believe these things, plus my kind heart and sense of humor, make me a great therapist for people struggling to seek out the care they need for fear of being judged or misunderstood.

My communication style

Understanding and love are at the center of my practice of psychotherapy. I work with the heart. Life is an amazing and rewarding experience that often stimulates powerful, challenging stressors. Therapy provides strategies and tools for addressing these unique situations. I am client-centered, enthusiastic, and hopeful.

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll listen to your story and we'll begin exploring your goals together.
