My style and approach are a good fit for older adolescents and adults who are dealing with navigating relationship challenges or challenges with life transitions. This often includes or takes the form of anxiety, depression, unhealthy use of drugs or alcohol, and/or other self-defeating thoughts and behaviors.
My approach
My approach is a collaborative one. My clients and I work together in building a therapeutic relationship, identifying the path forward. Every client is unique, and therapy will vary based on their individual needs. The most common treatment modalities I use are CBT -cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT - dialectical behavioral therapy.
