Hi there, I'm Adriane!
As a therapist, I provide supportive, goal-oriented, and trauma-focused (CPT) therapy that helps people restructure their thoughts and moods to change behaviors that don't serve them. I help people exercise and retrain their brains like consistent workouts at the gym. I am here to support people’s healing and empower them.

I work with individuals, including Veterans, military service members, elders, multicultural clients, and LGBTQ+A patients. My style fits clients who are ready to engage in their healing and commit to self-care in between sessions.
My approach
I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (mindfulness), grief and loss to facilitate the patient healing process. Together, patients and I identify which modalities help them restructure their thoughts and improve behaviors. My approach emphasizes consistent practice between sessions to achieve lasting change.
