Hi there, I'm Adriane!

As a therapist, I provide supportive, goal-oriented and trauma-focused (CPT) therapy that helps people restructure their thoughts and moods to change behaviors that don't serve them. I help people exercise and retrain their brains like consistent workouts at the gym - and am here to empower and support people throughout their healing journey.

My focus

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma therapy(CPT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and grief therapy; I also treat clients with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, phobias and panic disorder with exposure response prevention therapy (ERP). I welcome prospective clients to call me at 619.880.1641 for a brief consult.

My approach

I work with individuals, including children (ages 3-12), Veterans, military service members, elders, multicultural clients, and LGBTQ+A patients. My style fits clients who are ready to engage in their healing and commit to self-care in between sessions. I have a history of treating clients with eating disorders.
