I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, ADHD, grief, loss, life transitions, parenting challenges, prenatal and postpartum issues, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and stress management. I also help clients understand and manage their relationships with substances.
