I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and manage negative thoughts. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control. I may also incorporate mindfulness or other techniques to support your unique goals and help you make progress. We can use art therapy as another way to express ourselves.
