My journey to mental healthcare

I went through my own difficulties as a child with an angry father and an emotionally immature mother. These struggles caused me to develop my own problems, of which I sought my own help and transformed my life. I knew that since I had endured a lot of pain, I could understand and empathize with others who suffered as well.

My goals for you

In our first session, I explore your motivations and goals for therapy. I help translate these into SMART goals and interventions to track progress. As sessions continue, I routinely check in on your status and movement toward your goals.

For a first session with me, clients should expect to be made to feel as comfortable as possible as they share their interest in seeking help. They should also expect to have someone sitting across from them who deeply works to be curious and care about their experience.
