My focus

I especially love to work with all types of athletes and performers who seek to strengthen their overall health and wellness, and enhance their athletic or other performance.

My approach

I tailor therapy to the individual, as I have multiple licenses and certifications, including but not limited to: Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (Northwestern University), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Treatment, Trauma Focused Treatment, and other modalities.
