I love to assist individuals and couples who may be ready or are considering taking the next steps toward a positive and healthy life change.

My focus

I especially love to work with all types of athletes and performers who seek to strengthen their overall health and wellness, and enhance their athletic or other performance, and has a passion for working with couples who wish to improve their relational functioning.

My approach

I tailor each therapy session to the individual, and have multiple clinical approaches, licenses, and certifications, including but not limited to: Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (Northwestern University), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Treatment, Trauma Focused Treatment, and other modalities.
