My communication style

I work in a transparent yet gentle and kind way. Transparency is essential to effective therapy, but it isn't bluntness. It's accepting the truth and reality of a situation while remaining compassionate and respectful to yourself and others.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was always fascinated by people's unique lives and the choices that distinguished them. After teaching, I couldn't ignore the draw to understand the mind and psyche. I followed my calling to become a therapist, privileged to hear life stories and help people make meaningful changes.

My goals for you

Goal setting is a collaborative process. While some goals may be necessary for treatment, I engage with you using different approaches, always with utmost respect and compassion for your unique needs and circumstances.

Our first session

During the first session, I will ask you some questions to get to know you and the problems you're faced with better, and create an opportunity for you to ask me questions about our work or other therapy-related matters that you may have.
