I have experience treating early and complex traumas across the lifespan, including physical and sexual abuse. I work with psychosis and obsessive-compulsive disorders. I also support relationship concerns with peers, friends, family, partners, and spouses. I believe your relationship with yourself sets the standard for all others.

I believe people are people, and pain is pain. To the best of my ability, I will listen and try to understand, and sharing our understanding can hopefully lead to growth.

My practice's guiding belief utilizes Psychotherapy, which is self-exploration and self-understanding, with patience, openness, and curiosity.

I listen, I try to understand, and share my understanding with you, as well as reflect on your self-understandings. And hopefully, together, we can go deeper and help you know yourself better, to build or develop a friendship with yourself.
