In the past 6 years, I have worked with young and older adults with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, using cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based practices, and a psychodynamic framework to help my clients start making positive changes and feeling better about themselves.

I work best with adults dealing with complex relationships or stressful life transitions that show up as isolation, stress, anxiety, and depression. Together, we build confidence and develop a more positive outlook on life.

My approach is meeting the client where they are using CBT, active listening, and a psychodynamic framework, as tools to help me understand your point of view, and how we can work together towards emotionally healthy healing.

My style is calm, thorough, transparent, and personable. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything. I listen without judgment and create a space where you can be yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because talking with a trusted person about my own struggles made a positive impact on my life. I've always admired how one person can make a difference, and I hope to be that person for you.

We work together on problems you want to solve or see change. This starts by building trust and getting comfortable with each other. We'll track your progress and set new goals over time as therapy unfolds.
