My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by my passion for supporting others through life’s challenges. As a first-generation daughter of Mexican immigrants, I was inspired by the resilience, strength, and stories within my community. I strive to provide a compassionate, culturally responsive space where clients feel understood and empowered.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, recognizing each person's resilience. Together, we'll identify patterns that contribute to challenges while building practical coping skills, improving emotional well-being, increasing self-awareness, and creating meaningful progress through personalized, evidence-based care.

In our first session, we will begin getting to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy, your goals, and your unique experiences. I will provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story as we begin building a collaborative path toward healing and growth.
