I use a client-centered approach that allows you to guide your journey to healing. Depending on your needs, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy to help navigate day-to-day struggles. I incorporate psychodynamic therapy when there's a need to tackle more deeply rooted stressors.

I'm open-minded and allow you to lead the way. This is your time, and I'm here to support. I aim to be open and honest to build strong, lasting relationships with my clients.

My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist due to my own personal experiences. Initially, therapy was a major adjustment and something I was unsure about. However, after seeing positive changes within myself, I realized it was the best decision I ever made. From that moment, I knew I wanted to help individuals like myself.

I work closely with you to create realistic and attainable goals. I focus on regular check-ins during sessions to assess where you feel you need more support, then we work together toward your goals.
