I understand how lonely and isolating living with anxiety and depression can feel. I've also come to understand that even when it feels like the darkness is here to stay, there is a path forward to feeling hopeful and finding meaning again. Everyone has the capacity for change, and I believe the same is true for you.

I work with adults in individual psychotherapy who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, alcohol addiction, relationship issues, and coping skills.

I provide a safe, confidential, and sacred space for you to heal. Healing happens by working with, not against, the emotional and psychological pain.
