Asking for help and starting your journey to recovery can feel like a huge step. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing and non-judgmental environment to explore and process your thoughts and feelings.

I work with adults (18+) and active duty military maneuvering anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, phase of life and identity struggles, and family problems. My focus is on working towards your specific goals together in a supportive and affirming environment.

My approach

Together, we will identify underlying issues and core conflicts that influence current challenges and interfere with your life goals. Our goal is to cultivate a healthy balance, challenge fear-based and critical thoughts and strengthen adaptive coping techniques to be aligned your truest self.

My communication style

I communicate in a caring, non-judgmental and honest way to create a safe space for exploring your thoughts and feelings. Using empathetic listening, thoughtful questions and humor when appropriate, we'll work together to gain insight and identify realistic opportunities for positive change.

I began my journey in mental healthcare driven by a strong belief in the power of human connection. I chose this work because it is hard and deeply meaningful.

Our first session

In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, begin to get to know one another and explore the issues you are struggling with. It will be an opportunity to decide if you feel we are a good fit for one another, start building a trusting therapeutic relationship and explore your expectations and goals.
