My journey to mental healthcare

As a first-generation college student and immigrant, I understand the challenges of navigating unfamiliar systems, balancing family and cultural expectations, and overcoming personal and academic hardships. These experiences shaped my passion for supporting others facing similar struggles.

I aim to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel seen, validated, and empowered. Using a culturally responsive approach, I support clients in building insight, processing experiences, and work toward meaningful growth, healing, and achievement of their goals.

Our first session

Our introductory session will focus on understanding your unique experiences and challenges and on setting therapeutic goals. From there, we will continue exploring coping strategies and approaches that support your overall growth. Bilingual (Spanish) support is available if needed, and sessions are tailored to your individual needs.
