My journey to mental healthcare

I worked as a mental health case manager before pursuing a Master of Social Work degree. I have provided services to clients in residential, inpatient, and clinic-based settings. My passion is to help clients navigate chronic conditions or enter new stages in life.

My goals for you

I offer clients the opportunity to express the concerns they feel are most important in their lives. Through reflective listening and feedback, I help clients identify themes they may consider addressing.

Our first session

In a first session, I would introduce myself, discuss risk assessments at each session, discuss confidentiality and the exceptions. I would also discuss the reported goals, the planned number of sessions, the fee schedule, and the scheduling/cancellation process.
