Hi, I'm Sarine! My name is Sarine Boyadjian and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Los Angeles, California, and working with clients statewide through telehealth. I work with adults (individuals, couples, and families) and specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions using Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Humanistic approaches to assist clients with reaching their goals.
My approach
My therapeutic approach varies based on each individual's needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic Therapy approaches, which help me and my client develop a better understanding of issues and concerns that lead them to seek out therapy, as well as developing goals.
My focus
My therapeutic approach is a good fit for adults dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help navigate through difficult times, build healthy coping skills, and reach their goals.
My communication style
My communication style is calm, honest, non-judgmental, and I do tend to use humor, at times. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment, in which my clients can talk about anything and express themselves freely.
My first session with you
During our first session together, we will be spending the majority of our time talking about your thoughts and feelings and exploring why you have been thinking and/or feeling that way. The main purpose of the first session is for us to build a connection and rapport. At this time, we will discuss setting therapeutic goals which will help us navigate the therapeutic journey.
