Hi there, I'm Rachel!

I have processing differences and write things down while you’re talking so I can fully take in what you’re saying. My ADHD shows up too-I might move around a lot on screen or laugh and say I had an ADHD moment. I work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

My focus

I enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, sensory processing differences, learning disabilities, and other unique ways of thinking and experiencing the world while navigating PTSD, bipolar and mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, and depression.

My approach

I love science, and we use it in session to better understand what’s happening with your brain, emotions, behaviors, and patterns. We explore what comes up and build tools that make sense for your life. We use somatic approaches to help process trauma through the body and conceptualize emotions as parts.
