I am passionate about working with adults and families, guiding them through life's challenges with compassion and expertise.

My focus

I have experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, self-harm/suicidal ideation, substance and alcohol use, and more. My training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and dual disorders of substance use and mental health equips me with a diverse set of tools to tailor our sessions to your unique needs.

My approach

My therapeutic philosophy centers on the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I see myself as a guide and mentor, here to support you in navigating your journey. I use systemic, collaborative, and strength-based approaches to help you lean on your support system, community resources, mindfulness, and newly learned skills.
