I understand starting the therapy process can be difficult, but I am here to help you along the way to meeting your personal goals. I have a broad range of clinical experience to address depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and grief. I believe in a collaborative approach to maximize progress during your therapeutic journey.

I have experience with working with adults across the age span, addressing both mental health and addiction. Whether it is addressing depression, anxiety, grief, feelings of low self-worth, or facing life decisions, I will work with you to identify how we can address what you are facing in the best, most effective way.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been driven by compassion for others and acknowledging life's challenges. I started my career in child protection and family work, seeing first-hand how generational trauma affects people. I believe in positive growth that enables people to live the life they want, not the one they feel destined to have.

Together, we will identify the areas you would like to address and come up with a plan of action. We can adjust and adapt the plan as needed to best meet your treatment goals. I will provide support and tools that will assist you in meeting those goals.
