My communication style

My communication style as a therapist is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and connection. I strive to create an environment where clients feel emotionally safe, genuinely heard, and accepted without judgment. Humor can be an important part of healing, and I am not afraid to laugh with clients when appropriate.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to become a psychotherapist as an evolution of myself. I have always found meaning in coaching and collaborating with others, and as I phased out of a career of coaching students and adults in an educational setting, I became interested in continuing my journey in supporting others, but in a clinical setting.

My goals for you

I help clients identify meaningful goals that align with their values, relationships, and overall well-being. Together, we create practical and achievable steps while building insight, confidence, and healthy coping skills along the way. I provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can track progress, and create lasting change.

Our first session

Our first session together will have two goals. First, I want to hear from you about what brings you here for therapy, what your goals are, and what you want from your therapist. Second, I want to make sure we're a good fit and if you want to move forward in working together.
