My journey to become a provider started with originally being a business major and finding limited connection to people in the work, and making a transition to psychology from the University of Northern Colorado in where I graduated in 2012.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by improving insight, identifying objectives, hurdling barriers, and exploring unique ways of shifting perspective.

Our first session

A first session with me is generally like a conversation. My goal is not to engage in a question-and-answer format to meet the expectations of any assessments. My goal is to start a conversation where we discuss aspects of what's cause want to seek out support and how one can start setting their goals and building plans to achieve them.
