Hi there, I'm Robert!

Today's world can be stressful, exhausting, and difficult to manage. We all have our challenges and need help at times. I help clients navigate through barriers that cause symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other emotional problems. My goal is to help you gain insight and learn tools that help you live the best life possible.

My focus

I specialize in helping clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. I use a collaborative technique, where we can partner to find the most effective ways to find relief and control. Compassion, empathy, and insight-oriented techniques are used, where you will feel supported and empowered to make positive change.

My approach

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), and strength-based, solution-focused therapies to reduce negative thoughts and behaviors. I use an eclectic approach, which varies with every client. Together, we can find and utilize what type(s) of therapy are most helpful and productive.
