Today's world can be stressful, exhausting, and difficult to manage. We all have our challenges and need help at times. I specialize in helping clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. I use a collaborative technique, where we can partner to find the most effective ways to find relief and control. Compassion, empathy, and insight-oriented techniques are used, where you will feel supported and empowered to make positive change.
My approach
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), and strength-based, solution-focused therapies to reduce negative thoughts and behaviors. I use an eclectic approach, which varies with every client. Together, we can find and utilize what type(s) of therapy are most helpful and productive.
