Somatic psychotherapy is used to integrate the body and mind. If previous trauma or stress was a part of your life, we can explore together how to work with the past, present, and future.

I specialize in teenage boys with ADHD. I was that kid. I struggled through high school and didn't get real support until the end. Treatment changed everything. I went from community college to two of Florida's most prestigious public universities. Now I do this work because I know what it takes to reach these boys.

I work with people suffering from depression, anxeity, trauma, addictions and co-existing mental health disorders. I am a pre-9/11 veteran.
